ออกเดินทางจากท่าอากาศยานนานาชาติหาดใหญ่ สู่ท่าอากาศยานนานาชาติชางงี ประเทศสิงคโปร์ (Changi International Airport)

ช่วงบ่าย เยี่ยมชมศูนย์วิทยาศาสตร์สิงคโปร์ (Science Centre Singapore) เป็นสถานที่ที่จุดประกายความคิดและรวบรวมสื่อการเรียนการสอนที่หลากหลายเอาไว้มากที่สุด เพื่อการเผยแพร่ความรู้ทางวิทยาศาสตร์ในสิงคโปร์

     เยี่ยมชม National University of Singapore (NUS) และ National University Hospital (NUH)  โดยได้รับเกียรติจาก Prof. Dr. Koh Tse Yuen ,Department of Laboratory Medicine เป็นผู้นำเยี่ยมชมจุดต่างๆ ซึ่ง National University of Singapore  เป็น มหาวิทยาลัยการวิจัยอิสระแห่งแรกใน สิงคโปร์ เป็นมหาวิทยาลัยวิจัยครบวงจรที่เปิดสอนสาขาวิชาอันหลากหลาย ได้แก่ วิทยาศาสตร์การแพทย์และทันตกรรมการออกแบบและสิ่งแวดล้อมกฎหมายศิลปะและสังคมศาสตร์วิศวกรรมศาสตร์ธุรกิจวิศวกรรมคอมพิวเตอร์และดนตรีทั้งในระดับปริญญาตรีและสูงกว่าปริญญาตรี โดย NUS เป็นสถาบันการศึกษาระดับอุดมศึกษาที่เก่าแก่ที่สุดในสิงคโปร์

     ในการนี้ คณะศึกษาดูงานยังได้เยี่ยมชม Centre for Healthcare Simulation เป็นศูนย์การจำลองการดูแลสุขภาพได้รับการรับรองโดย สมาคมวิสัญญีแพทย์แห่งอเมริกา ( ASA ) เป็นหลักสูตรที่เน้นการจำลองการดูแลสุขภาพในหลากหลายวิธี  โดยผู้เรียนจะได้เรียนรู้วิธีการสอนทางคลินิก พฤติกรรมและความรู้ความเข้าใจผ่านการจำลองสถานการณ์  การดูแลสุขภาพ, จิตวิทยา, การเรียนรู้จากประสบการณ์และพฤติกรรมองค์กร ซึ่งผู้เรียนจะได้เข้าร่วมในวิธีการสอนแบบจำลองที่ใช้งานได้ในสเปกตรัมการศึกษาทางด้านการดูแลสุขภาพรวมถึงโดเมนทางการแพทย์ในระดับปริญญาตรีและบัณฑิตการพยาบาลและพันธมิตรด้านสุขภาพ   มีห้องเรียนที่จำลองสถานการณ์ต่างๆเพื่อให้เกิดความสมจริงในการเรียนรู้การรักษาทางการแพทย์ในรูปแบบต่างๆ  อีกทั้งยังมีโปรแกรม VR system ที่ช่วยให้ผู้เรียนมีความเข้าใจด้านกายวิภาคศาสตร์ (Human Anatomy) มากยิ่งขึ้น โดยมีการนำโปรแกรมนี้มาประยุกต์ใช้ควบคู่หลังจากที่ผู้เรียนได้เรียนในส่วนของเนื้อหาแล้ว  เพื่อช่วยเสริมสร้างความเข้าใจด้านกายวิภาคศาสตร์ (Human Anatomy) อย่างถ่องแท้

นอกจากนี้ ยังได้รับโอกาสให้เข้าเยี่ยมชม Medical Library ห้องสมุดทางการแพทย์ของ National University of Singapore (NUS) เป็นห้องสมุดพิเศษที่เก่าแก่ที่สุด  มีต้นกำเนิดเมื่อ ปีพ. ศ. 2448 จัดตั้งพร้อมกับโรงเรียนแพทย์รัฐบาลรัฐมลายูสเตรทและสหพันธ์มลายู  เปิดให้บริการสำหรับนักศึกษาและคณาจารย์ของมหาวิทยาลัย รวมถึงบุคลากรทางการแพทย์ของโรงพยาบาล (NUH) และหน่วยงานราชการต่างๆอีกด้วย

• วันที่ 30 กรกฎาคม 2562

เยี่ยมชมและศึกษาดูงาน โรงพยาบาล Ng Teng Fong General Hospital (NTFGH) (โรงพยาบาล อึ้ง เต็ง ฟง เจเนอรัล) โดยได้รับเกียรติจาก Dr.Eddei Ang, The President of Medical Technology of Singapore เป็นผู้นำเยี่ยมชมจุดต่างๆ ของโรงพยาบาล  ซึ่งโรงพยาบาล Ng Teng Fong General Hospital (NTFGH) เป็นโรงพยาบาลขนาด 700 เตียง  ตั้งอยู่ใน Jurong East ประเทศสิงคโปร์ โดยตั้งชื่อตามผู้ประกอบการชาวสิงคโปร์ Ng Teng Fong โรงพยาบาลนี้เป็นส่วนหนึ่งของการพัฒนาแบบบูรณาการร่วมกับโรงพยาบาลชุมชน Jurong ที่อยู่ติดกัน เริ่มดำเนินการเมื่อวันที่ 30 มิถุนายน 2015

โรงพยาบาล Ng Teng Fong General Hospital (NTFGH) เป็นโรงพยาบาลมาตรฐาน HIMSS Analytics EMRAM Stage 7 แห่งแรกในสิงคโปร์ อาเซียน และออสตราเลเซีย มีการดำเนินงานในลักษณะดิจิทัลเต็มรูปแบบ  ส่งผลให้บุคลากรในโรงพยาบาล NTFGH สามารถทำงานได้โดยไม่ต้องใช้กระดาษ ชาร์ต สคริปต์ และฟิล์ม

สำหรับ Stage 7 ซึ่งเป็นระดับสูงสุดของมาตรฐาน EMRAM จะมีพัฒนาการอย่างก้าวกระโดดเมื่อเทียบกับ Stage 6 ทั้งในแง่ของคุณภาพ ความปลอดภัย ประสิทธิภาพ และประโยชน์ ความก้าวหน้าในครั้งนี้ทำให้สิงคโปร์เฉิดฉายอีกครั้งในฐานะแม่แบบด้านการดูแลสุขภาพในภูมิภาค นอกจากนี้ สิงคโปร์ยังคงเป็นประเทศที่มีโรงพยาบาลรัฐมาตรฐาน HIMSS Stage 6 จำนวนมากที่สุดในเอเชียแปซิฟิก และเราหวังที่จะได้เห็นโรงพยาบาลมาตรฐาน Stage 7 แห่งใหม่ๆ ต่อไป ในขณะที่สิงคโปร์กำลังเดินหน้าตามวิสัยทัศน์ SMART Nation

นอกจากนี้ยังได้รับการต้อนรับเป็นอย่างดีจาก Dr.Leslie Lam, the Senior consult of clinical laboraty โดยนำเยี่ยมชม Medical laboratory facility ต่างๆของ Ng Teng Fong General Hospital

Professional Visiting for Collaborative in Medical Technology Laboratory and Biomedical

         On behalf of organizing committee of Medical Technology Bilingual Program, School of Allied Health Sciences, Walailak University, the professional visiting program at Singapore for collaborative in medical technology profession and biomedical science researches has been performed between July 27-31, 2019. In order to response for the Walailak University’s vision in the part of “International and Global Performance” international experiences are importance for the students to learn by themselves and active learning performance including field-based learning, experience-based learning, and team-based learning. Singapore, officially the Republic of Singapore, is an island city-state in Southeast Asia. The nation is known for its transition from a developing to a developed country in a single generation. Singapore has many excellent and high ranking Universities including National University of Singapore (NUS), National University Hospital (NUH), Nanyang Technological University (NTU), and Ng Teng Fong General Hospital (NFGH). The students and all staff would get the best experiences, sharing and collaborative programs for teaching and learning as well as researches in the future. Moreover, MOU is going to present between School of Allied Health Sciences, Walailak University and NFGH for medical technology laboratory profession. In this respect, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Jitbanjong Tangpong, SFHEA, medical technology staff, and bilingual program students have travelled to these locations in the part of visiting program and collaborative aspects. All activities have been shown below with the summary report.

          The group has been started the travelling from the Walailak University to Hatyai province on July 27^th, 2019 and stayed for 1 night at Lee Garden Hotel before departure from the Hatyai International airport to Changi International airport, Singapore on July 28^th, 2019. After arrival Singapore, Science Centre Singapore was the first place for our group to visit in order to obtain the science knowledge and technologies, as well as the theme park for kids. Additionally, sightseeing and look around the Singapore city have also been done along the afternoon.

        The professional visiting has been started on July 29^th, 2019 with the interested places of National University of Singapore (NUS) and National University Hospital (NUH). This event, Prof. Dr. Koh Tse Yuen, Department of Laboratory Medicine was our guided tour the University. Multidisciplinary and researches were observed in this University with the excellent innovations for teaching and learning. Centre for Healthcare Simulation was also visited. One interesting was VR system for students who learned about human anatomy in order to improve the skill and knowledge of the students to clearly understand. For the last place, medical library was visited and looked around the library with the interesting management of the books.

          The last day, July 30^th, 2019, our group traveled to Ng Teng Fong General Hospital and sightseeing with Dr. Eddei Ang, The President of Medical Technology of Singapore. This hospital was the 700 beds hospital and used for health care, treatment, and prevention the diseases by integration with community hospital for sustainable of health protection. For collaboration, especially medical laboratory, the students have traveled and sightseeing the laboratories with Dr. Leslie Lam, the senior consult of clinical laboratory. We also talked each other about the MOU for student internship and research collaboration in the near future.

 

          From these trip at Singapore, our students and staff were happy and interested in every technologies of Singapore with beautiful environment for example Marina bay, Garden by the bay, and Merlion. We traveled back to Walailak University on July 31^st, 2019.
