📑 The presentation focused on the research article titled “The Cholesterol-Lowering Effect of Capsella Bursa-Pastoris Is Mediated via SREBP2 and HNF-1α-Regulated PCSK9 Inhibition in Obese Mice and HepG2 Cells.” The session highlighted the therapeutic potential of Capsella bursa-pastoris (Shepherd’s purse) in regulating cholesterol levels through key molecular pathways involving SREBP2, HNF-1α, and PCSK9 expression.
