The Medical Technology Program, School of Allied Health Sciences, Walailak University, organized a Personality Development and Final Year Seminar for the Medical Technology Department for the academic year 2023.

On Wednesday, April 24, 2024, the Medical Technology Program, School of Allied Health Sciences, Walailak University, hosted a Personality Development and Final Year Seminar for the Medical Technology Department, class of 2023 (23rd batch of prospective graduates). The event was honored by the presence of the Dean of the School of Allied Health Sciences, the Vice Dean, the Head of Department, program directors, administrators, and faculty members who gave inspirational speeches to the prospective graduates, along with expert speakers.

Associate Professor Dr. Worawut Somsak, Dean, delivered a talk on "How to Write a CV and Nail a Job Interview."
Instructor Povirasa Praditsorn delivered a talk on "Enhancing Your Personality to Achieve Success and Stand Out."
Additionally, alumni from Walailak University's Medical Technology Program shared their experiences on pursuing a career after graduation in a session titled "Casual Conversations on Career Opportunities Post-Graduation: MT Alumni Share Insights and Opportunities," which included advice on pursuing graduate studies. There was also a special segment where faculty members engaged with the students of MTWU23 in an energetic and interactive session.
Furthermore, the event was graced by Assistant Professor Dr. Anek Puthong, a representative from the Medical Technology Council, who led the MTC Road Show as part of the promotional campaign for 2024. This activity aimed to prepare students for the medical technology profession by providing an understanding of the role of the professional council, the importance of membership, and the necessary information channels for starting a career in this field. The session also emphasized building positive relationships and fostering active participation among members from the very beginning of their professional journey, which will help enhance the practice of the profession and the role of the council in the future.
