School of Allied Health Sciences, Walailak University Hosts Visiting Professor 2026 to Strengthen International Academic and Research Collaboration

On 20 January 2026, the School of Allied Health Sciences, Walailak University, organized the Visiting Professor 2026 program at the Rachawadee Meeting Room, Academic Building 7, with the aim of fostering international academic exchange and strengthening research collaboration with distinguished scholars from abroad.
The event was warmly opened by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Voravuth Somsak, Dean of the School of Allied Health Sciences, who delivered a welcoming address to the honored guests. The program was attended by faculty members, staff, undergraduate students, and doctoral students, creating a vibrant and collegial academic atmosphere marked by openness, inspiration, and mutual respect.
The Visiting Professors and international guests participating in this program included four distinguished scholars:

During the event, all four visiting scholars delivered research lectures and shared their expertise in cutting-edge fields, including neuroscience, cerebrovascular disorders, Alzheimer’s disease, immunology, molecular biology, and advanced DNA/RNA-based and sequencing data analysis. These academic exchanges provided a valuable platform for initiating future research collaborations, enhancing research capacity, and building sustainable international academic networks.
