Our Medical Technology International Program students had a fantastic opportunity to develop advanced research skills during their internship in China. They participated in the “Top-notch Talent Plan 2.0” 2025 International Summer School of Basic Medical Sciences, held from 30 June – 6 July 2025 at the School of Basic Medicine, Zhejiang University, China.

Throughout the program, students attended inspiring summer classes and lectures by distinguished professors, including:

🔬 Lecture 1: From DNA Repair to Cancer Therapy: Curiosity to Cure

🧬 Lecture 2: Regulation and Application of Hematopoietic Stem Cell Homeostasis

🧫 Lecture 3: Cell Death: Integrating Tissue Homeostasis

In the afternoon, they continued learning at the Liangzhu Laboratory Campus, where they were grouped to design innovative experimental projects—culminating in presentations on the final day.

✨ A special highlight was the chance to learn with Professor Ikuro Abe, a world-leading expert in enzyme-based biosynthesis and natural product chemistry.

🌟 We are also proud to share that our students achieved the 2nd Prize in the Experimental Design Group Projects, showcasing their creativity and teamwork on the international stage.
