On Friday, January 17, 2025, the International Medical Technology Program, School of Allied Health Sciences, Walailak University, organized the “Health Arena: Disease Surveillance and Sustainable Health Promotion” event at Lecture Building 6 (ST), Walailak University. The event successfully attracted a large number of students, faculty members, and staff.
The event showcased various health-focused activities, including free health screening services such as blood type identification, anemia screening, blood sugar level testing, body mass index measurement, and urinary tract system screening, which were well-received by attendees. Participants also enjoyed a seminar led by Associate Professor Dr. Worawut Somsak, Dean of the School of Allied Health Sciences. The seminar provided insights into holistic health care and practical advice for sustainable health promotion, ensuring attendees left with valuable knowledge.
The event concluded with interactive activities and numerous prizes, creating a lively and enjoyable atmosphere.
