On Saturday – Sunday 4th – 5th September 2021, Department of Medical Technology with Corporate Communication and Organization Development Affair were hosted to organize the annual organization development & knowledge management 2021 in the theme of “MT Together” in the format of virtual conference via Zoom application. In this event, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Jitbanjong Tangpong, Dean was joined as president over the ceremony as well as participate the activities the whole event. This meeting was place for MT staff to share their own experiences and discuss about the appropriate ways for achievement the KPI, OKRs, and final goal. Focus group was used as the tools for obtaining the brainstorm’s information in separate 3 groups with different work experience in WU including 1-3, 3-5, and more than 5 work years. In addition, strategic plan in the individual affairs of the department was also set for moving forward in the year 2022. Finally, MT outstanding award 2021, especially in the part of research, was presented.
